AI deception

AI (Artificial Intelligence) is diverse technologies working together for a machine to reason, learn, think, grow in wisdom, and make decisions. In fact, this is what humans do but AI systems can do it many times faster. There is a lot of good that could be said about AI but in the wrong hands evil occurs. At the present time, it is everywhere. It can drive cars, navigate ships, diagnose illnesses, take orders at fast food drive-throughs and numerous other uses. It can even talk people into committing suicide. The more I read about AI the more uneasy I become. In the hands of certain people, it is dangerous. There is a demonic tone to it. It also tells me that its effectiveness is definitely for end-time events.
For centuries people have wondered how the false prophet can make the image of the beast of the antichrist to manifest breathe and speak (Rev. 13:14-15). The Scripture says, “He [false prophet] was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed” (v. 15).
This image of the Antichrist will be different than any idol production in human history. The mouths of idols do not speak. The Scripture says, “They have mouths, but they do not speak; Eyes they have, but do not see” (Ps. 115:5). Yet, the image of the Antichrist will appear to be alive as it speaks and gives the impression of breathing. With the amazing effects of AI technology and robotics today, it is not hard to imagine such deception whereby many will worship the beast “and cause as many as would not worship the beast to be killed” (v. 15). There will be multitudes that will realize the deception and refuse to bow down! The pressure to worship the Antichrist, this demonized king, will far exceed anything in human history. Yet, many will choose death instead of worship that results in an eternal hell!
Consequently, AI intelligence will be demonic. Yet, the demonic is present today! The way of the Antichrist is being prepared! And believers need to stay informed! AI is one of the greatest inventions in human history. But its potential to deceive and destroy exists. It can be Satan’s tool for evil means!
Therefore, believers in Christ Jesus need to always be on guard. Our enemy, Satan, will use it for destructive purposes. The apostle Peter says, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8). “Devour” has the sense of “to gulp down.” The lion’s objective is not to wound but destroy! Wildlife channels show us!
Satan is not just the adversary of God and His angels, but he is a vicious enemy of all God’s people (Job 1:6-8; 2:1-6; Zech. 3:1). He commands the demonic realm (Eph. 6:12) and influences and empowers the human, fallen world system. Thus, we need to walk with the Lord and be in tune to His Word as world events unfold!
