QUOTED IN ARTICLE: The trans effect in sports: No boundaries = no fairness

12/17/24. INTERVIEW ON 250 RADIO STATIONS IN 35 STATES, THEN WORLDWIDE. Several school districts are asking the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association to ban transgenders from competing in girls’ sports. Also, they want to create an open division for trans athletes. It is good to eliminate transgenders from competing in girls’ sports, but the open division raises a caution flag. Would they force kids to accept the transgender agenda? Also, to implement an open division would be hard.

NEWS RELEASE: Supreme Court allows schools to become transgender indoctrination centers in Wisconsin and beyond

MADISON, Wis., December 16, 2024 /SPORTS ACTION/ — In Eau Claire, Wisconsin, parents were upset that schools could talk to students about being transgender without notifying them. They filed a lawsuit saying the district’s policy infringes on their parental authority and religious freedoms.

Sixteen Republican states had called on the Supreme Court to take up the parents’ case. The Supreme Court allowed the appellate court’s decision to stand, dismissing the lawsuit from the parents.

Steve McConkey, Director of SPORTS ACTION (a branch of 4 WINDS USA), counters the LGBTQ movement. “The Supreme Court got this wrong. Gorsuch disappointed conservatives again,” states McConkey. “Parents’ rights are thrown out by this decision. Schools have become indoctrination centers for those who want to destroy families and the United States. With poor performance scores, schools need to refocus. Pray for the parents and kids.”

In 2003, Steve started fighting against the International Olympic Committee’s transgender policies. He was the only person who stood against this publicly.

From there, the transgender movement spread to state high schools, the NCAA, NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. Steve has fought this agenda every step of the way. Eventually, World Athletics (track and field) and World Aquatics (swimming), plus other sports, banned transgenders from participating at the international level.

In March 2022, Steve went to Washington D.C. and the Wisconsin Capitol. He told elected officials that they need to not just stop transgender athletes, but to stop the transgender surgeries and hormone treatments of those under eighteen. Afterwards, twenty-six states stopped transgender athletes and those harmful medical practices.

On October 4, 2023, Steve spoke at three hearings at the Wisconsin Capitol. Two bills were against transgender athletes on high school and college teams. The third bill was against the transgender surgeries and hormone treatments for those under eighteen. The bills passed the Assembly and Senate, but Governor Evers vetoed them.

During the 2024 Olympics, Steve opposed the International Olympic Committee for telling the media to not use certain words to address athletes, including the words “husband and wife.”

NEWS RELEASE: The Supreme Court can stop the barbaric transgender surgeries and hormone treatments of kids

MADISON, Wis., December 6, 2024 /SPORTS ACTION/ — The Supreme Court heard arguments this week involving the right of transgender minors to use puberty blockers and hormone therapy for transitioning.

The case, United States v. Skrmetti, involves a Tennessee law banning those dangerous treatments for kids. The petitioners who oppose the law are the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), representing three transgender kids, and a doctor who treats transgender patients.

Steve McConkey, Director of SPORTS ACTION (a branch of 4 WINDS USA), counters the LGBTQ movement. “We pray the Supreme Court makes the right decision ahead and upholds the law protecting kids,” states McConkey. “Those who promote these destructive surgeries and hormone therapies are committing child abuse. It is time to stop this industry destroying kids.”
